DEPT® wants to set an example as employer, by giving the employee full control

A nine to five job, with standard holiday entitlement and mandatory office attendance is no longer the deal which makes the employee’s heart beat a little bit faster. Flexibility and freedom at the workplace are becoming more and more important. By constantly working on new initiatives which employees are actually happy with, DEPT® responds to those changes.

Holiday pay can be paid out at any desired moment via the YourCampus app. Once, monthly, or by as a one-time budget in the app, where it can be used for exclusive in-app deals.
